Because our products are research chemicals, strict guidelines apply to ensure product integrity and safety.
Return Eligibility
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened vials
- Used materials
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling
- Products purchased on final sale
Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued if:
- The order arrives damaged
- The product is incorrect
- A verified shipping error occurred
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
